Right of Withdrawal Policy

Your right to cancel
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party you have nominated (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to submit your withdrawal before the 30-day period has expired.
Please note: The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive your order – not the day it was placed or dispatched.
How to exercise your right
The easiest way to withdraw from your contract is to use the withdrawal button available in your account area. This provides an immediate, confirmed record of your withdrawal request and is our preferred method in line with EU consumer regulations.
If you are unable to use the online withdrawal button, you may also inform us by means of any other clear written statement – for example, by emailing sales@dartflyscreens.com or writing to us at Dart Flyscreens Ltd, Unit 21 Angerstein Business Park, London SE10 0RT.
- Log in to your account, locate your order, and click the withdrawal button. You will receive an acknowledgement of your request without delay.
- Send the goods back to the return address 9we will supply you with this) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting your withdrawal.
- We will reimburse all payments we have received from you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or evidence of return, if earlier).
Return shipping costs
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back to us.
Refunds
We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Condition of returned goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. In other words, please treat goods with reasonable care while they are in your possession – items returned in a significantly used or damaged condition may be subject to a deduction from your refund.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery
- Goods which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other items
